17 Easy Whole30 Recipes pinterest image

Happy new year!  For many, January is the time to begin a new diet.  Here are the best Asian recipes that are naturally whole 30 and so easy to prepare too.

17 Easy Whole30 Recipes pinterest image

Whole30 Diet in an all natural nutshell

For 30 days, do not eat or drink the following:

  • grains
  • soy
  • sugar
  • legumes
  • dairy
  • alcohol

The idea is to reset your body of any toxins by eliminating “toxic” foods that are common allergens or may be giving you problems.

After 30 days, you can slowly reintroduce these foods, one by one, to see if your body likes or doesn’t like them.

For more information on this diet invented by two sports nutritionists, check out their book or website.

I’m not one to restrict calories or any type of food, but I like the whole30 diet because it is only 30 days.

These are some of my all time favorite dishes.  They happen to fit the Whole30 diet too.
